The benefits of coaching:

Executive coaching will kick-start the development and achievement of your personal and professional vision. I will assist you in identifying and achieving the goals and objectives that will move you forward with your career and career satisfaction. My job as your coach will be to provide a high level of accountability and honor the agenda you have set forth. You will identify strengths and resources and I will challenge you to never settle for less!

Vision is a complex concept, at times easier to talk about than actually and effectively act on. Many people are able to verbally describe how they would like their life to be. It is a totally different process to work through the following components of “achieving your vision” however:

  • A detailed “picture” of the finished product that honors your values, aspirations and hopes.
  • The creation of very specific and measurable action steps.
  • A commitment to make the moment to moment choices that support these action steps.
  • An honest assessment of the costs and benefits of change.
  • Support and accountability required to fend off roadblocks, doubt (from self and others) and the unexpected.

Taking the steps to create the necessary changes required to truly design the life you want requires a strength, determination, patience and the support and accountability that are the hallmarks of the coaching relationship.

The benefits of executive coaching are enormous if you are ready to approach it with an open mind and enjoy the process.
I work with individuals who:
  • Possess the willingness and courage to grow and embrace individual and organizational change.
  • Want to maximize their innate skills and increase their sense of self-awareness.
  • Understand that personal mastery is not about being an expert at everything.
  • View mistakes as profound opportunities for learning and growth.
  • Do no blame others for their present situation, condition, mood or frame of mind.
  • Fully appreciate the inherent struggle between the needs of the company vs. the needs of the employees.
  • Are eager to set and achieve specific and measurable personal and professional goals.
  • Believe that they and their employees are more than just an employee, business owner or executive and need to achieve a work-life balance.
