|Working with Keith has helped me out more than I thought it would. Before working with Keith, I was a little skeptical about the idea of coaching. After talking with Keith and organizing my life, he helped me through many difficult obstacles. Looking back at the coaching experience, I truly appreciate my time spent with him.|
|My experience of working with Keith within the paradigm of the life coaching model was very positive and had a profound impact on my personal and professional life. I gained an extreme sense of self-efficacy, accomplishment and self-confidence. Each session, as promised by Keith, began with, "What do you want to work on together in our time today?" and ended with two questions, "What did you get out of today’s session?" and, "What are you willing to commit to doing and to being held accountable for between now and our next meeting?" And Keith did hold me accountable in a firm yet supportive manner for those commitments, big and small. Between meetings, Keith was never more than a phone call, email or text away. We laughed and commiserated our way through my life’s personal and professional challenges, and mapped a course to a happier, more balanced and fulfilling life for me and my family. It is no exaggeration to say that my work with Keith saved my career and my marriage. I am now an effective and assertive educational leader, an emotionally accessible and fun-loving parent to my children, and an authentic, genuine and loving partner for my wife. As an athlete who competes in triathlons, I have had the opportunity to be coached by Olympians. Keith ranks amongst the "best of the best" coaches whom I have had the privilege of crossing paths with. In short, Keith is the real deal!
|Seeing a life coach was a life-altering experience for me. Keith helped me discover the roots of my dissatisfaction in life, and for the first time I see the future in a positive and exciting light. With his guidance, I was able to discover my love for working with children and create a plan for one day becoming a therapist. This not only gave me direction in life and a sense that all of my hard work finally had a purpose, but Keith also taught me to accept myself for my own positive attributes and to create my own pathway in the world. Before beginning my sessions with Keith, I could never have said that I am looking forward to the future, but now I know that the possibilities are endless.|
|Keith is the personification of the phrase "active listening." As you tell your story, he listens and when he speaks to ask you a question or clarify something you've said, he gets right to the heart of the matter. When you leave his office you have a clear plan of action as to your "homework," whether it is a self-assessment or some other activity designed to get you closer to your goal. Keith starts follow up meetings by asking how you did on your homework/action plan and he holds you accountable, but in a gentle and helpful way.
If you are seeking an external perspective on your situation and could use a coach to help you acheive your goals, or if you simply want to get to know yourself better via self assessments and conversation, Keith is the guy!
|Working with Keith has helped me feel more confident and at ease about managing my activities. Keith has helped me organize my academic and extracurricular lives so that I don't feel stressed about them. He has helped me really understand myself and use my strengths to help work through some of my biggest stresses. Coaching has been extremely helpful for me.|
|My physician referred me for coaching when I expressed frustration that as an adult with ADHD I was unable, even on medications, to accomplish some of the things that I thought I ought to be able to do. Through the coaching process, I have been able to get a better understanding of my own core values, and have set goals that are beginning to shape a life that reflects them. Regular sessions provide an opportunity for Keith to help me redirect my time, energy and attention toward activities that support my goals and honor my values. An unexpected benefit of the process has been that as I talk with friends and family about my coaching progress, they tend to follow along and make similar positive changes in their own lives!|
|My sessions with Keith helped me to focus on my goals without the distractions of everyday life getting in the way. I had begun to feel like a broken record complaining about how I wanted to go back to school for a new degree, yet kept putting off the application process. Having time set aside to look inward, and have someone objective to speak with, was what I needed to make a potentially scary decision seem simply like the right thing to do. Weekly check-ins kept me on track with the process of applying to graduate school and made me feel a greater sense of accountability for my actions.
Eventually I got to a point where I no longer needed regular meetings, but knowing Keith is there as a resource when I want to make another change in my life is very comforting. I highly recommend coaching with Keith to someone who has a goal, but just can't seem to begin working toward it.
|Every conversation I had with Keith had an immediate positive effect. I was able to take what I had learned and put it to work that week. The insight and skill gained was the result of my own hard work but Keith was there to guide me. He kept me focused on what could be changed, on what was within my power to change. Sessions were personal and tailored to my needs. A year later I’m enjoying a new position in my career and still using the positive skills I learned during my phone sessions with Keith. I have recommended Keith to friends without reservation.|
|Keith helped me clarify and identify the problems in my Work and Home Life. He did not give me the answers, he gave me a way to find solutions I could implement to make my life better.|
|I'm the skeptical type - I wondered if I really needed a life coach - did getting a coach mean I couldn't hack it on my own? At the pivotal age of 30, I wanted to break the cycle of questioning "Should I move? Change my career? Go back to school? What do I want to do when I grow up?" Getting a life coach was yet another thing I debated for some time. Ultimately, I decided to work with Keith by phone over a 6-month period.
Through my coaching sessions with Keith, I developed a deeper awareness of myself, of my passions, talents and values. While little has changed drastically, the change has been drastic! Anxiety changed to FULFILLMENT, defeat to OPTIMISM, contentment to PASSION, and fear to CONFIDENCE.
Over the years, I've read self-help books, gone to goal-setting workshops, and I've had a beautiful support network of friends and family, but work with Keith was completely different - he brings a fresh perspective. Coaching allowed me to dig up and polish skills in order to bring forth accomplishments that I wasn't sure were possible.
While life's big questions will continue to arise, it's nice to be able to draw from my work with Keith and know that he's there as a resource.
It IS work, but it's worth the work and it's nice to have Keith in your corner encouraging the challenges and celebrating the accomplishments! Thanks Keith for the work you do!
|If you are hoping to pour some rocket fuel in your tank to help you get motivated and make things happen in your life. Please consider meeting with Keith Greer. Keith did a great job helping me sort through my goals, my dreams and my priorities. I emerged with a sense of clarity and our ongoing meetings helped me to continue to refine the best pathways for me to find success in several key areas. Keith's approach is kind yet strong and I believe that he sincerely loves helping people to challenge themselves and find their way.|
|When we first talked about working together with you as my Life Coach, I must admit that I was a bit skeptical. I wasn't quite sure how this would all work! However, after three sessions, I was amazed to find myself thinking about my life and the direction I wanted to go in a new light.
Perhaps the best "gift" from this experience has been the freedom to look at the "possibilities" that exist for me at this point in my life. Newly divorced can be a daunting time in one's life. However, it can also be a time of great possibilities and growth. You helped me to dream, as well as look at the realities, and somehow begin to see how I can get to where I want to be! What an accomplishment!
Thank you for being a part of my journey.
